National Guard Association of Illinois State Sponsored LIfe Insurance is provided under group life insurance policies issued to the Militia Insurance Trust (MIT) and the Uniformed Services Benefit Association (USBA). USBA Polices include their 10 Year, 15 Year & Level Term Life Plans. These policies are underwritten by New York Life Insurance Company.
