Arrivals:
If you are arriving to Rochester airport (RST), MNGEA shuttles will be there to transport you to your hotel: Kahler Grand, Kahler Inn & Suites, or Rochester Marriott. Uber/taxi/Rochester Hotel Shuttles are also available at your own expense. Look for the EANGUS Welcome table at baggage claim.

Parking:  Parking rate is $4 in the Kahler Ramp and all city ramps city-wide during the conference. NOTE: This would not apply in the two Mayo Clinic ramps next to the Kahler Inn. It does apply to all hotels.  Please contact conference@eangus.org to make a reservation for RV Parking at the Mayo Civic Center. Include arrival and departure dates. NOTE: Power hookups are not available.

Registration:  Located – Mayo Civic Center (MCC), Grand South Lobby.  Registration for Exhibitors opens on Saturday at 0800.  Registration for State Association POCs opens on Saturday at 1300.  State Association POCs will schedule a pick-up time. Please coordinate with your state’s attendees where to meet.

If you want to download an app called SCHED, you can create a profile on the SCHED platform, and customize your schedule.  The agenda is subject to updates. The schedule will be updated on this platform in real time.

EANGUS App:  Download the EANGUS App from your App Store.  Note: We are NOT using the EANGUSConf app.  All communications will be published and pushed from the EANGUS app. Please create a profile to receive. (Also, note that the EANGUS App is under major construction. Bear with us.)

Events:  For “Invitation Required” events, your badge will show the events that you have been invited. You must present your invitation for entry.  All registered attendees/exhibitors are welcomed at the evening events. Attendees must be badged for entry.  Some events require a registration. Click on the flyers for more information:

SUN – Shooting Competition (win a Daniel Defense rifle) and Legislation & Cigars
MON – Mother Trucking Bash (Trucker themed Junior Enlisted Night event)
TUE – Red Cross Blood Drive

Banquet:  Present your banquet meal choice ticket for entry. Badge is not required to be worn for the banquet.  Attire should be Mess Dress, civilian suit/dress, or Class A.  Let’s not show up in jeans and t-shirts.

All attendees will sit with their Areas. Seating chart will be posted on SCHED platform and on the EANGUS app.
